When are Australian companies going to take the plunge?

There have been numerous stories in the past year about corporations developing presences in Second Life. The most well known ones are Reuters, Adidas, Nike, Pontiac etc.

I am an Aussie in Sydney and the first Aussie registered SL developer. I am working towards bringing Aussie companies to SL and would love to get in touch with Aussies who have RL sales and marketing experience. I work at the ABC and we are currently looking at setting up in SL - we'd love to be a destination for Aussie SL users - be a meeting place and offer something distinctively Australian. AFTRS already have an island (Esperance) and I know Telstra are in the process of developing a cluster of islands.
